It was great performing at the inaugural Festival Chispa at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Saturday, June 25, 2016.  In the morning Runakuna (Lucho Rodriguez, guitar, charango, vocals, David Diaz, guitar, charango, Diego Diaz, bombo, Nathaniel Kuster, quena, siku, quenacho) did a workshop on the music and instruments of the Andes Mountains at the Cottonwood Stage.

In the afternoon, Nathaniel had the honor of performing with Albuquerque musical legend Chuy Martinez and percussionist Diego Diaz at the Fashion Show in the Wells Fargo Auditorium.

It will be great to see the Festival Chispa become an annual event in Albuquerque.
